Local Ads Help (LocalAdHelp.com) provides Facebook and Instagram advertising management, Google Display advertising, social media posting, and related marketing services to small businesses. Specific deliverables, ad spend amounts, and service scope are set out in the plan you purchase or the written proposal you accept. Advertising results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, market conditions, and your own business operations.
Intellectual Property
The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Local Ads Help or its licensors. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such content or any part of the website is prohibited without express permission.
Acceptable Use

Payment Terms
Fees for our services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in your plan or proposal. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Advertising platform ad spend, where included in your plan, is applied as described in your plan documentation.
All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
SMS Text Messaging
If you opt in to our text messaging program, your participation is governed by our SMS Terms and Conditions. In summary: text ADS to our number to subscribe to customer support notifications, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to any advertising accounts or business pages required to perform the services, and prompt responses to requests for approvals or materials. You represent that you own or have permission to use all content, images, logos, and claims you supply to us, and you agree to indemnify Local Ads Help against claims arising from material you provide.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services depend on third-party platforms including Meta, Google, and Stripe. Local Ads Help is not responsible for changes to, outages of, or account actions taken by those platforms, including ad disapprovals or account suspensions imposed by them.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any prior notice. Changes to our terms become effective on the date they are posted, and your continued use of Local Ads Help after any changes to terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Ads Help will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the website or our services.
Dispute Resolution
Controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in TX in accordance with the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and costs.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of TX, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the TX courts.
