Lead-to-Customer Rate

What percentage of leads become paying customers? This shows lead quality.

Secondary Metrics (Diagnostic Indicators)

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Are people interested enough to click? Below 1% = problem with creative or targeting.

Cost Per Click (CPC)

How much each click costs. Higher CPC isn't bad if those clicks convert.

Landing Page Conversion Rate

What % of visitors become leads? Below 2% = landing page problem.

Frequency

How many times people see your ad. Above 4-5 = ad fatigue setting in.
